So I did something new today. I was out in the evening and stopped to have dinner with someone. Now this Candida detoxification has been tough but it was really pretty difficult to be in that atmosphere, smelling all the food and looking over an appetizing menu. I ended up getting a nice piece of grilled Salmon, asked them to just hold the sauce and the sautéed vegetables that came with it. It worked out fine. I guess there are folk that are used to being on some kind of diet and end up doing the same thing. Otherwise, my day was ok, although I seemed extra tired in the evening.
Breakfast: Detox Protein Shake
Snack: Celery and Carrots
Lunch: Turkey Burger and Broccoli
Snack: Celery and Almond Butter
Dinner: Grilled Salmon with Peas and Carrots
