Diet day 15

I had another day similar to yesterday. My concentration was good. My energy level not so great. I did make it to the gym which really felt great. Again, the sauna after tops it off. I lost 4 pounds in the last week and I really did not need to loose any. I am heading to bed early again tonight.

Breakfast: Detox Protein Shake
Snack: Carrots and Hummus
Lunch: Left Over Stir Fry Beef and Left Over Dinner Chicken with Broccoli
Dinner: Southwest Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Spinach and Garlic
